Promoting international exchange at a garden party! A reception garden party was held on December 14th. Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshimasa Hayashi, member of the House of Representatives, and Shunichi Tokura, Commissioner for Cultural Affairs, gave congratulatory speeches in both Japanese and English, and participants mingled with top American professional golfers in a casual atmosphere. The top pros were happy to play with the participants, providing an opportunity to deepen international ties.
