RPO Coaching Class 2nd Batch Recruitment Information

Thank you for your continued support of PJF activities.

In order to further popularize and internationalize pickleball in Japan, PJF has created an opportunity for people in Japan to obtain international coaching qualifications, with the first session held on December 16th and 17th last year.

There are several coaching systems in the United States, but RPO has built a coaching system on a global scale, and it is a prestigious and high-level coaching system in which those with the highest level of L3 qualification can teach PPA's top professionals.

If I obtained another coaching qualification, it would remain at that level unless I took the next level, which meant my knowledge would fall behind on new rules and strategies.

Even after obtaining the RPO, regular updates and continued education are provided starting from level 1. The coaching staff is also the best in the world, with Collin Johns (the brothers of Colin Jones and Ben Jones, who have been doubles partners for a long time. Currently ranked number one in the world in the PPA doubles rankings) and Josh Jenkins (a PPA professional player, a member of Team Joola, and the RPO's top education advisor) not only supervising but also actually teaching. Inaki Balzola has also been appointed as the international director, and lessons at the same level as in the United States are already available all over the world.

The outline is as follows. We accept on a first-come, first-served basis, but priority will be given to those already on the waiting list. The lessons will be accompanied by a Japanese interpreter, so they are limited to those who understand both Japanese and English. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

RPO Coaching Lesson Level 1

cost:

Annual membership fee is US$199, Level 1 course fee is US$199, total is US$398 plus tax (However, if you pay the RPO annual membership fee, you will receive one Joola paddle worth US$280, an RPO original Joola bag worth US$70, and an RPO coach's cap worth US$30, total of US$380.)

Eligibility: 3.5 or higher level, PJF individual member

Course: Level 1

Contents:

Online course: Approximately 6-8 hours (2-6 hours of self-study. Online courses come with Japanese subtitles or translations). Post-course check test (85% or more understanding required). This can only be taken after passing the practical course.

Practical training: Practical training by main coach Inaki for 1 day (5-7 hours on the court) with qualification test. (Japanese interpretation available)

Successful candidates will be awarded the digital L1 international coaching license by the RPO. L1 allows you to teach pickleball beginners to intermediate level students. You can also register as a PJF successor coach and be dispatched as a regular coach.

Please apply via Google Form. We will send you a payment link from here. Your spot will be secured once payment is completed. There are no refunds for customer reasons. (Class fees can be carried over to the next time.)
